PVDF membrane material laying
In the process of inflation, it may collide with the surrounding obstacles. The obstacles should be closed in advance to prevent the damage to the membrane surface caused by the obstacles. In addition, the construction site is also required to be paved with thick polyethylene lining to prevent the film surface from abrasion or pollution. The connection position between various parts of PVC film shall be marked with paint. Place the PVDF membrane package at the specified position according to the corresponding position of the film, and place it in the direction shown in the membrane expansion diagram. Remove the cover of the diaphragm.
Use power equipment (such as crane and forklift) to pull the special heavy mesh belt inserted in the PVDF membrane roll. In addition, this kind of PVDF membrane needs ground protection, because PVDF membrane is a soft material, with long pavement and fully expanded membrane.
Dust protection is required. Spread the membrane around the emergency door, airlock door, exhaust outlet and the membrane at the corner for subsequent connection. According to the marks, position each part and arrange all doors, exits and corner positions.
Align the center line (black spot) on each film. Insert the bottom plate of the PVDF membrane splint (2 holes) under the interface and insert the screw. Overlap another piece of film and thread it into the screw.
Finally, install the top plate and nuts of the plywood in batches. Carefully tighten and carefully screw off. When tightening, pay attention that the splint does not press the side with rope on the PVDF membrane. Use the punch in the maintenance tool to punch holes at the position corresponding to the anchor bolt on the bottom edge. The anchoring of the surrounding ground beam and PVDF membrane material is mainly fixed and connected by embedding the anchor bolt.
inflation
In the construction process, inflation is the most important step in the whole installation process. It can only be started after all the previous work has been completed and inspected. Place the fan in the "ON" position. Watch the pressure increase carefully. Carefully observe the lifting of the membrane structure to ensure that no part of the membrane body will touch the fence, door or electromechanical equipment.
If necessary, stop inflating and remove obstacles. When the inflation pressure reaches the expected 250Pa, maintain the current state. Enter the air dome structure building. For cantilevered air dome buildings, open the indoor floor cover, and place sandbags or battens on each corner and near the door to increase the sealing effect.
When inflating an air dome structure building with inner membrane, carefully check to ensure that the inner membrane is separated from the outer membrane and can generate insulating space.
When the pressure value on the control panel is displayed as 80Pa, the control system can be turned off. Use the damper to maintain this pressure value, but at this time, conduct visual inspection on all anchors and steel mesh. If all components have been inspected, the pressure in the air dome can be maintained at the pressure value displayed on the control panel through the damper. If the pressure exceeds the displayed value, close the damper on the main fan. At the same time, electricians should check whether the actual current on all motors is consistent with the data on the nameplate.
After the air dome structure is formed, connect the emergency door and the membrane connection according to the design requirements of the drawing, and install the fixed steel cable of the emergency door.
