1、 Construction quality

There are many reasons for wrinkles, but most of them are caused by improper value of prestress in design and construction. Membrane material is a kind of material with bending resistance and compressive rigidity approaching zero. During the design of form-finding analysis and load analysis, the membrane material will not produce wrinkles. Generally, for the anisotropic membrane material, when the principal strain in one direction is negative, the membrane element will appear in a one-way folded state or a full-folded state.

4、 Chromatic aberration

During the production process of the membrane material, various corresponding coatings shall be applied on the substrate of polyester fiber fabric or glass fiber fabric to improve the durability, water resistance, self-cleaning and UV lamp physical properties of the membrane material. However, the color of membrane materials produced in different batches often has certain differences. If the membrane materials with obvious color differences are placed in the same project, it will inevitably affect the aesthetics.
